360REV — Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using 360REV (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the activity under your account, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for the accuracy of the information you provide.

3. Subscription, billing, and refunds

Paid plans bill on the cadence shown at checkout. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are at our discretion.

4. Acceptable use

You won't use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, infringing, or unsolicited content; reverse-engineer the platform; or interfere with other users.

5. Data ownership

You own your data. We process it on your behalf to deliver the Service, per our Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum.

6. AI features and AI-generated content

• AI Actions. AI features of the Service, including each AI-generated picture, use AI Actions from your plan at the prices shown in the product. A picture is charged once, after it has been saved to your Media Library; a picture that could not be made is not charged.
• Your pictures. As between you and 360REV, you own the pictures you make with the AI image generator, as you own what you upload and the stock photos you choose. AI-generated output may not be protected by copyright in every country, and we make no promise that it is.
• 360REV's copy and licence. 360REV keeps a copy of every AI-generated picture made on the Service, including the pictures you make with the AI image generator and the pictures 360REV makes for Auto-share and its own blog. The copy carries neutral details that describe what the picture shows and leave out your identifying information, such as your business name, people's names, addresses, phone numbers, emails and links. You grant 360REV a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to keep and use that copy, to write its details, and to offer it to other subscribers. This licence survives the end of your account.
• Pictures from 360REV's AI image library. When 360REV offers its AI image library, you may use its pictures free of charge in your own content. They are not exclusive to you: other subscribers may use the same picture. The details you add change only your own copy.
• What you may ask for. A picture description must not ask for anything unlawful, infringing, sexual, violent or hateful, or for a real or recognisable person. The usage policies of our AI providers also apply. 360REV may refuse or stop any request.
• Labelling. AI-generated pictures carry an "AI-generated image" caption and a machine-readable marker inside the file saying they were made by AI, as Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires. You will not remove that marker or present an AI-generated picture as a real photograph.
• As is. AI output is provided "as is". It may be inaccurate, and similar pictures may be made for others. Review it before you publish it.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do our best, but we don't warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We'll notify you of material changes and post the new version with an updated effective date.
